How much does cleaning cost in Manila?
Prices depend on property size, type (apartment vs. office), and service level (standard vs. deep clean). For transparency, apartments typically start around ₱1,200 for a standard refresh, while larger office spaces are quoted based on square footage. Get a precise estimate here.
Do you clean on weekends?
Yes. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We do offer limited Sunday slots for deep cleaning or move-in/out projects, though these are subject to availability and may incur a small surcharge.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?
We take our "Bright Standard" seriously. If a specific area was missed or wasn't cleaned to your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of service. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.
Are the cleaners background-checked?
Absolutely. Trust is non-negotiable. Every team member undergoes a rigorous vetting process including background checks and reference verification before ever stepping foot in a client's home.
